1.2 Your CNIC/ID card details and registration picture will be used solely for identity verification through NADRA.
1.3 Any false information provided during registration will result in immediate suspension of your account.

2. Privacy and Confidentiality

2.1 The Tutors City will ensure the privacy and security of your personal and professional details using encrypted databases.
2.2 Your information will not be shared with any third party, individual, or public platform without your explicit consent.
2.3 Sharing another registered individual’s personal information on private or public channels is strictly prohibited and will result in blacklisting.

3. Communication and WhatsApp Groups

3.1 Tutors and teachers will be added to official WhatsApp groups to receive updates about job vacancies.
3.2 Unsolicited private contact with other members is strictly prohibited and may lead to account cancellation.
3.3 Any inappropriate or unauthorized communication must be reported immediately for necessary action.

4. Professional Conduct

4.1 Tutors and teachers are expected to maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with students, parents, and The Tutors City staff.
4.2 Tutors are prohibited from soliciting direct payment from clients or bypassing The Tutors City platform.

5. Online Lectures

5.1 Recording online lectures is strictly prohibited.
5.2 Tutors must ensure their sessions are engaging, and students are encouraged to take notes for better understanding.
5.3 Students may request a topic to be reviewed if not understood, but tutors should not be obligated to repeat entire sessions unless agreed upon.

6. Fees and Payments

6.1 Tutors are paid as per the agreed terms after verification of services rendered.
6.2 Payment disputes must be reported immediately and will be resolved based on documented proof.
6.3 The Tutors City reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of policy violations or fraudulent behavior.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1 All tutors, teachers, and resources must adhere to ethical practices and avoid any form of discrimination or harassment.
7.2 Misconduct, fraud, or any unprofessional behavior will result in account termination.

8. Breach of Terms

8.1 Any violation of these terms and conditions will result in penalties, including:

Suspension or termination of your account.
Blacklisting of your CNIC/ID card across all platforms and communication mediums.
8.2 Legal action may be taken in severe cases of misconduct or fraudulent activity.

9. Liability

9.1 The Tutors City is not responsible for any disputes between tutors and clients that arise outside the scope of its services.
9.2 Tutors are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the academic and professional information they provide.

10. Amendments

10.1 The Tutors City reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.
10.2 Tutors and teachers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.2 Students may be eligible for refunds under The Tutors City’s flexible refund policy, provided that a valid reason is submitted within the specified period.

5. Online Lectures and Sessions

5.1 Recording online lectures or sharing recorded sessions without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
5.2 Students are encouraged to actively participate in sessions and take notes to enhance their learning.
5.3 If a topic is unclear, students may request the tutor to review it during the session, but repeated requests for the same material may not be entertained unless deemed necessary.
